Will I need to sit in an uncomfortable position to meditate?

No, absolutely not! You can sit, stand, lie down, walk or choose whatever works for you. It’s only a minute, so you can do this almost anywhere; (except for driving or operating any equipment that requires your attention 🙂 

Do I need any special tools or supplies?

The only thing you need is your favorite device for accessing the internet. You can choose to stay logged in and be in and out in a FLASH for each daily meditation.

Will I have to memorize anything?

Nope. That’s the beauty of this simple course! You have the See It, Say It and Seal it, three simple things that you focus on for one minute. Your portable phrase is so much a part of the meditation that just remembering that you meditated will bring it up in your memory.  Anyone can do this.

What the heck are chakras?

I am so glad you asked, that’s a great question. Chakras are basically the connection point for body, mind and spirit and are located from the base of your spine to the top of your head. When balanced, they work together to maintain harmony throughout your body.

Isn't meditation frowned upon by many religions?

I get asked this question a lot. The answer is best described this way: Every major religion can trace its prayer, ceremonies, rituals and traditions back a time when prayer was used as form of meditation. If your religion practices prayer, they are practicing a form of meditation.

will meditating make me tired or sleepy?

I will admit that I have fallen asleep during some of the more prolonged meditation sessions where I am laying down and practicing certain traditions. But in answer to your question, no these one minute mini meditations will not put you to sleep; simply because they are action based meditations that you are actively participating in.
